ABOUT Asmara Kazmi
Asmara is Brooklyn-bred but Yorkshire-based, which means her hybridized vocabulary delights and confuses both sides of the Atlantic—just kidding, of course. Her background is in psychology, and she was going to go to medical school before realizing there is nothing about healthcare systems that espouses health for anyone—patient or practitioner. So, she decided to use her love of systems (which started from a fortuitous gift of red lipstick), interdisciplinary syntheses, and natural tech/organizational savviness to help folks live more impactful and joyous lives. A fun fact about Asmara: She does something new daily; it's how she lives her life (currently, she has a 720+ day streak going), a habit which also forms the heart of her first book, Paradigm Playground.
